Entertainment, not gambling. Thoth Arena is a skill-based competitive gaming platform provided for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by player skill. It is not a casino, sportsbook or licensed gambling operator. PVE and unranked PvP (Train) are free.

Eligibility. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live), not located in a Restricted Territory, and solely responsible for confirming that your use — including staking $MAAT — is lawful where you live, and for any taxes due.

Wagering at your own risk. If you play a staked (Bet) match you may lose your entire stake, voluntarily and at your own risk. Only stake what you can afford to lose. There is no guarantee of winnings; a staked match is a contest of skill, not an investment.

$MAAT. A utility token used to play — not a security or investment, offered with no expectation of profit. Crypto is volatile and $MAAT's value may fall to zero. Wagers settle non-custodially via on-chain escrow; you control your wallet and keys.

Fair play. No cheating, bots, multi-accounting, collusion, fraud or money laundering. We may void matches, claw back ill-gotten gains, suspend accounts and report unlawful activity. We may require KYC/AML verification.

Disclaimers & liability. The platform, games, smart contracts and token are provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] is not liable for any loss of stakes, funds, token value, profits or data. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use or breach.

• you accept blockchain & smart-contract risk and are responsible for your wallet, keys and transactions;
• you are 18+ and confirm staking is legal where you live.

What we collect. Public wallet address & on-chain activity (public and immutable), an anonymous handle, gameplay data, device/usage data (incl. IP, cookies/local storage), and KYC data only where legally required.

How we use it. To run and secure the platform (matchmaking, leaderboards, settlement, anti-cheat), prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations (AML/sanctions), provide support and improve the service. We do not custody your funds or keys and never ask for your seed phrase.

Sharing & immutability. We share data with infrastructure/analytics providers, our KYC provider, and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data. On-chain data is public and cannot be edited or deleted by anyone.
