The negative confession. The tribunal recites a sequence of glyphs — watch, then recite it back flawlessly. Every judge adds a glyph. One error and the trial is over.

Same seed, same glyph sequence for the whole lobby (the Feather). PVP: every recitation is checked by the Judges server-side — a wrong or late answer is a fault, and if both falter the longer true recitation wins. FFA: last flawless Scribe ranks first. Ranking KPI: judges passed (42 = the full confession).
